She also shares that kindergarteners are becoming super readers by using their "pointer power!" She gives information on the Parent Bookshelf, which contains books for parents on a wide array of topics to help you guide and nurture your children.

In this issue, Principal St. Claire welcomes back LBES staff and introduces new staff at the Elementary school. She highlights the importance of communication and gives links on the website that can provide useful information to parents. She gives information on Curriculum Night and provides reminders on arrival time, transportation changes, and PAWS program at LBES. She encourages students to join the Lake County Engineering Classes offered at LBES, and introduces the new "Fox Families" program.
